After 20 years of formal dance training, and inspired by the strong, educated dance and Pilates instructors we fill our schedule with... BarreWell was born. More than a workout, BarreWell Method is a community of like-minded instructors, with a passion of movement and wellness... and sometimes wine. We pride ourselves on the elite instruction of our music-driven workouts, knowledgeable educators, and the community that surrounds us.
We do barre, we do welcomes with a warm embrace, and we do wellness. Our classes provide serious calorie burning and booty sculpting, and so much more. We know that your one hour a day to yourself is valuable, and we make it our highest priority to make it worth your while.
